Please note. A new application is saved as a draft. You can leave and come back to update it. When the information is complete, download the prefilled form, print it, and finish the paper sections. Page 7 must be certified, and every witness-signature section must be completed and signed. If the sponsor is unavailable, contact the witness to complete the witness section. Upload the signed form, then click Submit. After it leaves draft status you can still sign in to track progress, but you can no longer edit it.
